This is privacy-first agent orchestration in practice. Hermes Agent coordinates the workflow, while the controls remain visible: local processing, deliberate redaction, a human approval boundary and an audit trail.
The lesson is broader than one tool. Automation only earns trust when privacy controls and human review are built in from the start. For finance teams, that means designing the workflow around what the AI is allowed to see, not adding safeguards after the system is already in production.
